A deposit of 50% is required at time of order acceptance Balance is payable either prior to despatch for orders that are supply only or on the day of installation for orders that have included installation in the contract.

Using our shopping cart for purchasing payment can be made by

Orders that require custom made manufacturing or non-stock finishes:-

Once we receive your payment by one of the payment methods we will issue a payment confirmation via email.


If goods are being dispatched direct to you we will forward dispatch details with product description on the day of dispatch.

The address for receipt of consignment will be as per the information provided by you or has been provided online or on our website


For any custom manufactured products no returns or credits will be accepted unless there is a quality issue or dimensional error in the product supplied.

For all claims we will require photographic evidence. We will contact you and advise what you should do upon your claim being accepted by us.

Return freight and resupply will be at our cost upon your claim being approved.


Quoted prices include free delivery to all states of Australia.

GST is included in the price.


Delivery Times will vary depending on the product ordered.

Mostly all custom made products will be delivered within 8 weeks from date of order confirmation.

In Home Décor cannot accept responsibility for delays resulting from thing outside our control (such as unusual weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters)

With orders that cannot be fulfilled the purchaser will be notified and advised as to the status of the order, and:

+ An alternative product will be offered; or
+ An amended delivery dated will be advised; or
+ A refund of the deposit will be made if either or both of the above options are unacceptable.
